I initially gave this company five stars when I first purchased the IMA battery because they were friendly and welcoming. I later had some concerns about my experience, but I was recently contacted by a new manager who took the time to clarify everything with me.

He was professional, understanding, and addressed my concerns directly. He also explained that there had been staffing changes since my original interaction. I really appreciate the effort from the new management to reach out and ensure things were handled properly.

Based on this follow-up, I can see the company is committed to improving customer service and communication. I’m thankful for the professionalism shown and the willingness to resolve concerns. Overall, I appreciate the new management stepping in and making things right.

If you’re thinking of changing your hybrid battery this is the place to do it! I got my 9 year old remanufactured hybrid battery for a 01 prius swapped with one of their batteries. All their batteries are OEM. I have trust that my new battery will last well past its warranty. Their price for the battery and their swapping service is unbeatable within the lower mainland.
